- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the mode selector to VENT.
- Disconnect the blower resistor connector.
- Turn the blower switch to 3.
- Connect the fused jumper between terminal B and terminal C
of the blower resistor harness connector.

- Reconnect the blower motor resistor.
- Disconnect the heater-A/C and rear defogger control assembly connector C2.
- Connect the fused jumper between terminal C of the heater-A/C
and rear defogger control assembly harness connector C2 and ground.
