Did you perform the HVAC Blower Control System Check?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  2. Turn the mode selector to VENT.
  3. Disconnect the blower resistor connector.
  4. Connect the fused jumper between terminal C of the blower resistor harness connector and ground.

Does the blower motor operate?

Replace the blower resistor.

Repair the open in CKT 52 between the blower resistor and S124. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
