- Disconnect the Multi-function alarm module harness connectors.
- Open the inoperative door.
- If the driver side door is inoperative, use the J 39200
Digital Mutlimeter (DMM) in order to
measure the voltage between terminal D of the multi-function alarm module
harness connector C2 and terminal H of the multi-function
alarm module harness connector C1.
If the passenger side door is inoperative, use the J 39200
DMM in order to measure the voltage
between terminal D of the multi-function alarm module harness connector C2
and terminal G of the multi-function alarm module harness connector C1.
Does the voltage measured equal the specified value?

- Close the inoperative door.
- If the driver side door is inoperative, use a J 39200
DMM in order to measure the voltage
between terminal D of the multi-function alarm module harness connector C2
and terminal H of the multi-function alarm module harness connector C1.
If the passenger side door is inoperative, use a J 39200
DMM in order to measure the voltage
between terminal D of the multi-function alarm module harness connector C2
and terminal G of the multi-function alarm module harness connector C1.
Does the voltage equal the specified value?

- Reconnect the multi-function alarm module harness connectors.
- If the driver side door is inoperative, use the J 39200
DMM in order to backprobe the multi-function
alarm module between terminal H of connector C1 and ground.
Measure the voltage.
If the passenger side door is inoperative, use the J 39200
DMM in order to backprobe the multi-function
alarm module between terminal G of connector C1 and the ground
and measure the voltage.
Does the voltage measured equal the specified value?
