If any 1984 Celebrity, Camaro or Citation with 2.5L engines and manual transmissons experience difficulty meeting the hydro-carbon idle exhaust emission requirements of state inspection maintenance test programs, and normal shop manual procedures do not correct the problem, the following list of service PROMS are available from GMWDD.
