  1. Raise the vehicle and support the vehicle with safety stands.
  2. Attach a hose to a rear bleeder screw.
  3. Immerse the other end of the hose in a container partly filled with clean brake fluid.
  4. Ensure that the master cylinder is full.
  5. Turn the ignition ON.
  6. Apply and hold moderate pressure on the brake pedal.

Does the BRAKE lamp light?

  1. Close the bleeder screw.
  2. Release the brake pedal.
  3. Apply and hold moderate pressure on the brake pedal.

Does the BRAKE lamp remain lit?

  2. Immerse the other end of the hose in a container partly filled with clean brake fluid.
  3. Ensure that the master cylinder is full.
  4. Apply and hold moderate pressure on the brake pedal.
  5. Open the bleeder valve.

Does the BRAKE lamp light?

  2. Release the brake pedal.
  3. Replace the combination valve . Refer to

  1. Close the bleeder screw.
  2. Release the brake pedal.
  3. Apply and hold moderate pressure on the brake pedal.

Does the BRAKE lamp remain lit?
