Removal Procedure
- Clean the master cylinder reservoir cap before
removing in order to keep dirt from entering the reservoir.
- Remove the reservoir cap from the reservoir.
- Remove the rubber diaphragm from the cap.
• | Clean any brake fluid that exists between the cap and the rubber
diaphragm with a dry, lint-free rag. |
• | Inspect the brake fluid for the proper level. Remove fluid if
necessary. |
Installation Procedure
- Install the rubber diaphragm into the cap.
- Install the reservoir cap on the reservoir.
