The basic steering limiter position is (31 degrees - 35 degrees). Automatic adjustment is provided after the steering gear has been fitted to the vehicle.

Important: When the steering gear is removed or the tie rod disconnected, the output shaft must not be rotated more than 35 degrees on either side so as not to change the adjustment.

Rotate the steering wheel with the steered wheels on the angle measurement plates in either direction to the full lock or axle lock stop respectively. In case the drop arm travel setting is reduced, the screw must be replaced.
