Automatic Transmission Fluid Filter, Seal, and Level Control Valve Removal. Chevrolet Chevy Suburban

For 1990-2009 cars only

Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 Chevy Suburban - 2WD 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transaxle - 4T45-E 🢒 Automatic Transmission Fluid Filter, Seal, and Level Control Valve Removal

Remove the transmission filter assembly (85).
Remove the oil level control valve (86).

Notice: Do not damage the case sealing surface when removing the filter seal assembly.

Using a chisel, indent top of seal to relax press fit of seal.
Using a small screwdriver remove the filter neck seal (84) from the transmission case. The filter neck seal (84) is not reusable and should be discarded.
