Problems with pedal pulsation occure frequently. Two basic condtions may exist if pulsation is felt. One is rotor thickness variation. If there is a variation difference of more than 0.025 mm (0.001) in the thickness, pulsation may occure. Also, if there is excessive corrosion on the rotor braking surface pulsation may occure.
