  1. Disconnect the HVAC control head connector.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

Is the blower motor on?

--

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Disconnect the blower motor control module connector.
  3. Connect a DMM between terminal C of the blower motor control module connector and ground.
  4. Leave the HVAC control head connector disconnected.
  5. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  6. Measure the available voltage at terminal C of the blower motor control module connector.

Is the voltage within the specified values?

10.0-14.0V

Go to Step 6

Replace the HVAC control head .

Replace the blower motor control module.

Locate and repair a short to battery power in CKT 63.
