Hydraulic Hose Replacement Clutch Actuator Cylinder

1. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder. Refer to Clutch Actuator Cylinder Replacement .
2. Use a small drift or punch to remove the roll-pin retaining the hydraulic hose to the actuator cylinder.



3. Remove the hydraulic hose from the actuator cylinder.
4. Drain off the excess fluid from the actuator cylinder into a container.

1. Install the new clutch actuator cylinder hose to the clutch actuator cylinder.

Check the new O-ring seal for proper placement on the actuator cylinder hose.




2. Install the actuator cylinder hose roll-pin retainer using a small drift or punch.
3. Rotate the actuator cylinder hose to ensure freedom of movement.
4. Install the clutch actuator cylinder. Refer to Clutch Actuator Cylinder Replacement .

Hydraulic Hose Replacement Clutch Master Cylinder

1. Remove the clutch master cylinder and the reservoir. Refer to Clutch Master Cylinder Replacement .
2. Remove the roll-pin (1) retaining the hose to the master cylinder using a small drift or punch.



3. Remove the hydraulic hose from the master cylinder.
4. Drain off the excess fluid from the master cylinder into the container.

1. Install the new clutch master cylinder hose to the clutch master cylinder.

Check the new O-ring seal for proper placement on the master cylinder hose.




2. Install the master cylinder hose roll-pin retainer (1) using a small drift or punch.
3. Rotate the master cylinder hose to ensure freedom of movement.
4. Install the clutch master cylinder and the reservoir. Refer to Clutch Master Cylinder Replacement .
