Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 65350 Size: SH
  1. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the power steering cooler hose from the reservoir.
  3. Drain the power steering reservoir.
  4. Disconnect both hoses and clamps from the reservoir.
  5. Lift up on the reservoir and slide the reservoir off of the reservoir bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 65350 Size: SH
  1. Position the power steering reservoir on the reservoir bracket and push down until the reservoir locks into place.

    2. Important: Make sure that the alignment mark on the power steering reservoir inlet hose is installed at the bottom of the power steering reservoir.

  2. Connect the power steering reservoir inlet hose and clamp to reservoir.
  3. Align the lower ear of the hose clamp with the mark on the power steering reservoir inlet hose.
  4. Refill the power steering reservoir.
  5. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
