  2. Connect a test light between the seat adjuster switch connector terminal 20 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Locate and repair an open or a high resistance in CKT 1740 between the instrument panel electrical center and the LH seat adjuster switch connector.

Is the repair complete?

  1. Disconnect the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2.
  2. Connect a test light between the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2 terminal K and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Locate and repair an open or a high resistance in CKT 1140 between the instrument panel electrical center and the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2.

Is the repair complete?

  1. Disconnect the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2.
  2. Use a DMM to measure CKT 150 for continuity between the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2 terminal A and ground.

Is CKT 150 continuous to ground?

Locate and repair an open or a high resistance in CKT 150 between the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2 and G205.

Is the repair complete?

  2. Connect a test light between the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2 terminal H and ground.
  3. Press the Lower Lumbar Inflate button on the LH seat adjuster switch.

  2. Use a DMM to measure CKT 789 for continuity between the LH seat adjuster switch connector terminal 11 and the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2 terminal H.

Does the test light illuminate?

  2. Use a DMM to measure CKT 777 for continuity between the LH seat adjuster switch connector terminal 16 and the LH seat lumbar pump connector C2 terminal G.

    • CKT 1259 = Lower Lumbar Inflate button.
    • CKT 1261 = Upper Lumbar Inflate button.
    • CKT 1265 = Side Bolster Inflate button.

    • CKT 1805 = Upper Lumbar Deflate button.
    • CKT 757 = Lower Lumbar Deflate button.

Is the repair complete?

  2. Depress all of the RH lumbar buttons on the RH seat adjuster switch one at a time.

When any of the Passenger's seat lumbar switch buttons are depressed, does the LUMBAR MiniFuse® #3 open?
