- Disconnect the wiper washer switch connector C219.
- Set the wiper switch in the INT position.
- Using a DMM set to the ohms scale, measure the resistance through
the wiper/washer switch from terminal C of connector C219 to terminal A.
- Move the wiper switch thorough the entire delay range, one notch
at a time.
Is the resistance within the specified values?

| Replace the wiper/washer switch.

- Set the wiper switch in the INT position.
- Using a DMM set to the ohms scale, measure the resistance through
the wiper/washer switch from terminal C of connector C219 to terminal B.
Is the resistance within the specified values?
| 23-25 Kohms

- Reconnect the wiper/washer switch connector C219.
- Disconnect the wiper motor connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
- Set the wiper switch in the INT position.
- Connect a DMM between the wiper motor connector terminal E and
ground.
- Move the wiper switch thorough the entire delay range, one notch
at a time.
- Measure the voltage.
Is the voltage within the specified values?
