Service Tire Monitor System with DTC B0605 - keywords display fob lamp light lock low message pressure receiver RFA RKE sensor tire TPM

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

After replacing and programming the Remote Function Actuator (RFA), DTC B0605 may be stored as a current DTC in the RFA module and a "Service Tire Monitor System" message will be displayed. The DTC can usually clear. However, it will usually reset within 10 minutes of vehicle operation. This is suspected to be a internal concern within the RFA module.

Replace the RFA module with part number 19151480.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
