J 25034-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover

1. Remove the Electronic Brake Control Module/Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (EBTCM/BPMV) and bracket. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Replacement in Antilock Brake System.
2. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory in Engine Mechanical.
3. Install the J 25034-C on the pump pulley and remove the pulley.

Tools Required

J 25033-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer

1. Using J 25033-C install the pump pulley onto the pump.

Important: Pulley must be installed onto pump shaft so that the pulley hub is flush with the pump shaft.

2. Install the hub plug into pulley.
3. Install the Electronic Brake Control Module/Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (EBTCM/BPMV) and bracket. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Replacement in Antilock Brake System.
4. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory in Engine Mechanical.
