  1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  2. Activate the turn signal switch so that the LH turn signal lamp is ON.

Does the LH front turn signal operate?

Go to Step 3

Go to Turn Signal Lamps Inoperative

  1. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector.
  2. Connect a test light between terminal A15 of the instrument cluster connector and ground.
  3. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  4. Activate the turn signal switch so that the LH turn signal lamp is ON.

Does the test light pulse ON and OFF?

Repair the open or high resistance in circuit 14 between the instrument cluster connector and the instrument panel electrical center connector C1.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Step 8

Inspect the LH turn signal indicator bulb for an open.

Is the turn signal indicator bulb open?

Go to Step 7

Replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Replace the LH turn signal indicator bulb. Refer to Instrument Cluster Indicator Lamp Replacement .

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

  3. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  4. Activate the turn signal switch so that the RH turn signal lamp is ON.

Does the test light pulse ON and OFF?

Repair the open or high resistance in circuit 15 between the instrument cluster connector and the instrument panel electrical center connector C2.

Is the repair complete?

Inspect the RH turn signal indicator bulb for an open.
