- Is the usual route over rough (or dirt) road? If yes, the condition
may be normal.
- Inspect the disc for the following conditions:
• | Scratches or fingerprints |
- Attempt to duplicate with known good disc. Some discs may contain
marks not readily visible that may make one track or the entire disc unplayable.
- Replace the radio if all of the above conditions do not exist.

| Inspect the disc for the following conditions:
• | The disc is inserted upside down. |
• | The disc is badly scratched. |
• | The disc is cold and inserted into a hot player or vice versa. |
• | High internal instrument panel temperature causing the disc to
be ejected. |
Replace the radio if all of the above conditions do not exist. Refer
