Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 63682 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 63707 Size: SH
  2. Remove the bolts attaching the front fascia retainer.
  3. Remove the front fascia retainer.

    4. Object Number: 63710 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts attaching the front fascia bracket.
  5. Remove the front fascia bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 63710 Size: SH
  1. Position the front bumper fascia bracket to the impact bar.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the bolts attaching the front fascia bracket to the impact bar.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the front fascia bracket bolts to 7 N·m (62 lb in).

  3. Install the bolts attaching the front fascia retainer to the fascia bracket.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the front fascia retainer bolts to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
