Hazard and Fog Lamps are Inoperative - keywords connector lights

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

The customer may notice that the hazard and fog lights are inoperative AFTER the center dash trim was removed for another service repair.

There is the possibility to mix up the hazard and fog lamp switch connectors as they are the same shape/size. The Black connector is for the Fog Lights switch, and White connector is for the Hazard switch.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
