The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
SERVICE VME
This message concerns 2006 Chevrolet HHR vehicles which are missing standard front/rear/cargo floor mats. For HHRs built prior to August 15th, VIN Breakpoint 6S520938, we have identified the vehicles missing floor mats and will be sending the mats from the supplier through our Budco distributor.
We will ship these mats directly to your store. DO NOT SUBMIT A T-CLAIM FOR MISSING MATS IF THE VIN FALLS before 6S520938 or PRIOR TO August 15th
GMSPO IS CURRENTLY IN A BACK ORDER SITUATION AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPLY THESE MATS AT THIS TIME. FOR PREMIUM MATS, RPA B41 AND B50 GMSPO is currently procuring additional mats and shipping limited quantities as these are also in a back order situation.
Note: Once timing is confirmed for shipment, further communication will be provided.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
