The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The upper dash storage bin Door will NOT open intermittently is caused by the rubber bumpers in the bin sticking to the bin door.
Recommendation/Instructions:
To repair this condition you are to add two " felt " pieces of tape to the storage bin door where the rubber bumpers in the bin make contact with the storage bin door. To get this " felt " tape you have to fax the attached form to the Warranty Parts Center. (see below)
Note: Do NOT replace the storage bin for this condition.
A number of Felt tape pieces have been put into the Warranty Parts Center (WPC). It has a WPC part number of TAC 323 and will be shipped directly to the dealer
