The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The HVAC Control Head display flickering condition can occur at either the minimum or maximum dimmer switch setting,
Recommendation/Instructions:
You are to replace the HVAC Control Head with current SPO stock.
If the HVAC display flickering occurs over the full range of the dimmer switch settings, then investigate potential electrical connection concern or consider HVAC control replacement.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
