1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
2. Turn the instrument panel lamp dimmer switch to the HIGH position.
3. Using a test lamp, backprobe between the inoperable lamp harness connector circuit 8 and ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 2

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 8 between S203 and the inoperable component.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Interior Lights Dimming System Check

Using a test lamp, backprobe the inoperable lamp harness connector between circuit 8 and the ground circuit.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

Repair the a poor connection or an open in the ground circuit between the inoperable component and G205 or G302.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Interior Lights Dimming System Check

Replace the bulb or the inoperable component.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Interior Lights Dimming System Check
