Removal Procedure
  1. Open the front door.
  2. Remove the nuts (1) from the front door lower molding.

    3. Object Number: 293104 Size: SH
  3. Unsnap the clips from the front door and lift the molding (2) from the front door lower molding support.

    4. Remove the front door lower molding (2).

  4. Remove the rivets from the front door lower molding support.
  5. Remove the front door lower molding support from the front door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 293104 Size: SH
  1. Install the front door lower molding support to the front door.
  2. Install the rivets to the front door lower molding support.
  3. Align the molding to the front door lower molding support.

    4. Press in the clips to the front door.

    Install the front door lower molding (2).

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install and tighten the nuts (1) to the front door lower molding (2).
  5. Close the front door.
