Removal Procedure
  1. Open and support the hood.

    2. Object Number: 293238 Size: SH
  2. Remove the hood front moulding nuts (4).
  3. Heat the hood front moulding (1) using a heat gun 152 mm (6 inches) from the surface.
  4. Remove the hood front moulding from the hood.

Installation Procedure
  1. Clean the hood area using a clean rag and Varnish Makers and Painters (VMP) naptha.
  2. Warm the hood area with a heat lamp or heat gun to 21°C (70°F).

    3. Object Number: 293238 Size: SH

    Important: Do not touch the adhesive backing with hands. Do not allow adhesive backing to come in contact with dirt or any foreign matter.

  3. Align the hood front moulding studs to the hood and press moulding to secure.
  4. Tighten the hood front moulding nuts (4) until fully seated.
