1. REMOVE TRIM PAD AND WATER DEFLECTOR TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE LOCK ASSEMBLY.
2. REMOVE THE LOCK RODS FROM THE LOCK.
3. REMOVE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION.
4. REMOVE LOCK ASSEMBLY AND DISCARD.
5. INSTALL LOCK P/N 16629614.
6. REINSTALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR, LOCK RODS AND WATER DEFLECTOR.
7. CHECK OPERATION OF THE LATCH.
8. REINSTALL TRIM PAD.
