Condition/Concern:
A software condition exist when programming the BCM with TIS-2-Web. You may or may NOT see the BCM listed under the programmable modules list.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If you encounter this condition please call Techline Support: (800) 828-6860 for a VCI number.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
