Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
  2. Remove the accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement

    3. Object Number: 291486 Size: SH
  3. Unsnap the center compartment (3) from the instrument panel (1) and remove the unit.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 291486 Size: SH
  1. Snap the center compartment (3) to the instrument panel (1). Ensure the unit is retained.
  2. Install the accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement .
  3. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in SIR.
