Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2000 🢒 Malibu 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Roof 🢒 Power Sunroof Express Module Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Close the sunroof.
  2. Remove the sunroof sunshade. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Replacement .
  3. Remove the sunroof opening trim lace (1). Refer to Sunroof Opening Trim Finish Lace Replacement .
  4. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
    5. • Disconnect the sunroof control switch
    • Disconnect the dome lamp electrical connector

  5. Remove the express module from the vehicle by sliding the express module (8) towards the middle of the vehicle.
  6. Disconnect the wire harness connectors from the express module (8).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 280687 Size: MH
  1. Connect the wire harness connectors to the express module (8).
  2. Install the express module into the vehicle by sliding the express module (8) towards the left side of the vehicle.
  3. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
    4. • Install the sunroof control switch
    • Connect the dome lamp connector
  4. Install the sunroof sunshade. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Replacement .
  5. Install the sunroof opening trim lace (1). Refer to Sunroof Opening Trim Finish Lace Replacement .
