Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 608928 Size: SH
  2. Remove the seat actuator assembly bolts (2) from the seat frame assembly (1).

    3. Object Number: 608961 Size: SH
  3. Remove the wire harness retainer (2) from the seat track brace.

    4. Object Number: 608914 Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat track brace bolts and brace.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 608914 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  1. Install the seat track brace bolts and brace.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the track brace bolts to 16 N·m (12 lb ft).

  2. Install the wire harness retainer (2) to the seat track brace.

    3. Object Number: 608928 Size: SH
  3. Install the seat actuator assembly bolts (2) to the seat frame assembly (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the actuator bolts to 16 N·m (12 lb ft).
