Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 384901 Size: MH
  2. Remove enough of the door water deflector to access the window regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the door window assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  4. Remove the window regulator bolts (3).
  5. Remove the regulator rivets (2).
  6. Remove the window regulator (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 384901 Size: MH
  1. Install the window regulator (1).
  2. Install the window regulator rivets (2).

    3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the window regulator bolts (3).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10.5 N·m (93 lb in).

  4. Install the door window assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  5. Install the front door water reflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  6. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
