1. Raise the head rest (1) to the highest position.
2. Insert a small rounded tool (3) into the hole on the back side of the guide (2).
3. Release the tabs and pull in a upward motion to remove the head rest (1) from the seat back (4).
4. Remove the head rest guides (2) from the seat back (4) by pulling in a upward motion if required.

1. Install the head rest guides (2) to the seat back (4) by pushing in a downward motion if required.
2. Install the head rest (1) into the head rest guides (2).
3. Raise the head rest (1) in order to ensure that the head rest stops at the indent.
4. Return the head rest (1) to the original position.

Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Replacement VIN Plant Code C, M

1. Raise the head restraint to the highest position.
2. Remove the seat belt strap from the guide, if required.
3. Insert a small flat-bladed tool onto the tab on the side of the guides.

Pressing in one tab at a time while slightly pulling up on that side.

4. Remove the head restraint by pulling upward and out.

1. Position the head restraint to the guides in the seat back.
2. Instal the head restraint pressing down until the head restraint stops at the detent.
3. Reposition the head restraint to the original position.
4. Install the seat belt strap to the guide, if required.
