When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.
Due to late engineering changes, body control module set up software for the Tech 2 is not available at the dealership, and body control modules are not in stock at SPO. Software will be transmitted to dealers in October, and will be available October 20th. If preliminary diagnosis indicates the body control module needs replacement, please contact Technical Assistance at 1-877-446-8227. Technical Assistance will assist in diagnosing the concern and set up a case for the vehicle. Once Technical Assistance has confirmed that a body control module is needed, you will have to contact SPAC to order the body control module. If you receive the body control module before October 20th, 2003, you will need to call TCSC at 1-888-337-1010 to have body control module set up software manually transmitted to your dealership and for assistance with using the software to set up the body control module.
