Removal Procedure
- Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
- Raise and properly support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
- Release the two hose clamps in order to remove the lower radiator hose at the radiator and the coolant pump inlet pipe.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the lower radiator hose to the radiator.
- Install the coolant pump inlet pipe.
- Secure the lower radiator hose and the coolant pump inlet pipe with the hose clamps.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Refill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
