Any of the following conditions may cause a shudder or a vibration during acceleration:
• | Worn or damaged differential-side joints. |
• | Worn or damaged wheel-side joints. |
• | A sticking spider assembly (differential-side joint). |
• | A sticking wheel-side joint assembly. |
• | Excessive wheel-side joint angle. |
• | Excessive toe. Refer to Wheel Alignment Measurement in Wheel Alignment. |
• | Incorrect trim height. Refer to Trim Height in Suspension General Diagnosis. |
