Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 354642 Size: SH
  1. Gently pull the knobs from the heater control unit.
  2. Remove 2 screws in the radio bezel.
  3. Remove the 1 screw and the instrument panel cluster right lower cover.
  4. Remove the heater control unit from the instrument panel. Refer to Control Assembly Replacement .
  5. Disconnect the air conditioning (A/C) switch electrical connector (1).
  6. Remove the A/C switch (2) from the heater control unit.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 354642 Size: SH
  1. Install the A/C switch (2) to the heater control unit.
  2. Connect the A/C switch electrical connector (1).
  3. Install the heater control unit to the instrument panel. Refer to Control Assembly Replacement .
  4. Install the heater control unit knobs.
  5. Install 2 screws in the radio bezel.
  6. Install the instrument panel cluster right lower cover. Secure the cover with the 1 screw.
