For 1990-2009 cars only
- Disconnect the temperature control cable from the clip and the door at the heater case.
- Set the temperature lever to full COLD.
- At the heater case, push the door lever fully forward (counterclockwise) and affix the cable into position.
- Test the temperature lever for smooth operation. Ensure that the temperature lever stops at the proper positions.
