For 1990-2009 cars only
- Disconnect the fresh/recirc control cable from the clip and the door at the blower case (2).
- Set the fresh/recirc lever to FRESH.
- At the blower case, push the door lever fully rearward (counterclockwise) and affix the cable into position.
- Test the fresh/recirc lever for smooth operation. Ensure that the lever stops at the proper positions.
