  1. Disconnect the fresh/recirc control cable from the clip and door at the blower case (2).
  2. Set the fresh/recirc lever to FRESH.
  3. At the blower case, push the door lever fully rearward (counterclockwise) and affix the cable into position.
  4. Test the fresh/recirc lever for smooth operation. Ensure that the lever stops at the proper positions.
