Did you perform the Audible Warnings System Check?

  1. Disconnect the audio alarm module connector.
  2. Turn the light switch to the PARK position or the HEAD position.
  3. Use a J 35616-200 in order to probe the audio alarm module connector from cavity 2 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Repair the open in the RED/YEL wire between cavity 2 of the audio alarm module and S219. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Audible Warnings System Check

  1. Inspect for a poor connection at the audio alarm module.
  2. If the connection is OK, replace the audio alarm module. Refer to Audio Alarm Module Replacement .
