Removal Procedure
  1. Remove 1 nut cover and 1 retaining nut that secure each wiper arm.
  2. Remove the wiper arms from the linkage.

    3. Object Number: 352864 Size: SH
  3. Remove the cowl vent grille (1) and the hood rear weatherstrip from the vehicle by removing the 11 plastic retaining clips.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 352864 Size: SH
  1. Install the following components to the vehicle. Secure with 11 plastic retaining clips:
    2. • The cowl vent grille (1)
    • The hood rear weatherstrip

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the wiper arms to the linkage. Secure the wiper arms with 1 retaining nut.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the wiper arm retaining nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  3. Install the wiper arm nut covers to the wiper arms.
