Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the wiper arm nut cap and the windshield wiper arm nut that retain each windshield wiper arm.
  2. Remove the wiper arms from the windshield wiper transmission.

  3. Object Number: 352864  Size: SH
  4. Remove the air inlet grille panel (1) and the rear hood seal from the vehicle by removing the 11 plastic retainers.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 352864  Size: SH
  1. Install the following components to the vehicle. Secure the following components with the 11 plastic retainers:
  2. • The air inlet grille panel (1)
    • The rear hood seal

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the windshield wiper arms to the windshield wiper transmission. Secure each arm with 1 nut.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the windshield wiper arm nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft)

  5. Install the wiper arm nut caps to the wiper arms.
