Removal Procedure
- Remove the
following components from the front side door trim (1):
| • | The inside handle bezel (2) |
- Remove 2 caps from the front door pull handle.
- Remove the following components from the front door:
| • | The front door pull handle |
- Remove the outside rearview
mirror garnish (8) from the door (1).
- Remove the window-regulator
handle (1) by using a cloth in order to pull off the snap ring.
- Gently pry the door trim (1)
from the door by disengaging the retainers.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power window or
from the power door switch, if necessary.
- Remove the door trim (1) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the electrical
connectors to the power window or to the power door switch, if necessary.
- Position the front side door trim (1) to the front door.
Press the retainers into place.
- Install the snap ring
to the window-regulator handle (3).
- Set the regulator handle (3) at a 45-degree angle when
the front door window is completely closed.
- Install the regulator handle (3) to the door.
- Install the front door pull handle to the door. Secure the handle
with the 2 screws.
- Install the caps to the pull handle.
- Install the outside rearview
mirror garnish (8) to the door (1).
- Install the inside handle
bezel (2) to the door trim (1). Secure the bezel with the screw.
