1. Inspect the LH high beam headlamp bulbs for damage or an open filament.
2. Inspect the LH headlamp connector seals for damage or poor terminal connections.

Are the headlamp bulbs and connectors OK?

1. Turn the headlamp switch to the HEAD position.
2. Turn the headlamp dimmer switch to the HIGH position.
3. Using a test light, backprobe between the LH high beam headlamp harness connector terminal A and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Go to Step 3

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 11 between S103 and the LH high beam headlamp harness connector terminal A.

Has the repair been made?

--

Go to Headlight System Check

Using a test lamp, backprobe between the LH high beam headlamp harness connector terminal A and terminal B.

Does the test light illuminate?

--

Go to Step 6

Go to Step 5

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 1350 between the LH high beam headlamp harness connector terminal B and G101.

Has the repair been made?

--

Go to Headlight System Check

--

Replace the LH high beam headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .

Has the repair been made?

--

Go to Headlight System Check

--

Replace the damaged component.

Has the repair been made?
