1. Disconnect the digital speedometer module connector.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
3. Use a test lamp in order to probe the digital speedometer module harness connector between the terminals F and H.

Does the test lamp light?

Inspect for a short to ground in CKT 376.

Does a short to ground exist in CKT 376?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

1. Repair the short to ground in CKT 376.
2. Inspect the system.

Is the symptom still present?

1. Replace the accessory switch. Refer to Accessory Switch with SEO 9C3.
2. Inspect the system.

Is the symptom still present?

System OK

1. Repair the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
2. Inspect the system.
