  1. Disconnect the inoperative door lock actuator.
  2. Use a test light in order to probe between the inoperative door lock actuator terminal B and the ground.
  3. While observing the test light, press the inoperative door lock switch to the LOCK position.

Does the test light illuminate?

  1. Use a test light in order to backprobe between the inoperative door lock actuator terminal A and the ground.
  2. While observing the test light, press the inoperative door lock switch to the UNLOCK position.

Does the test light illuminate?

Go to Step 4

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 295 between the inoperative door lock actuator and S315.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Step 6

  1. Inspect for a poor connection at the inoperative door lock actuator.
  2. If the connection is OK, replace the inoperative door lock actuator.

Repair the poor connection or an open in circuit 294 between the inoperative door lock actuator and S314.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Step 6

  1. Ensure the ignition switch is in the LOCK position.
  2. Reconnect any connectors/components removed.
