Positive battery voltage for the headlamp switch is available at all times through the HDLP circuit breaker at terminal E (CKT 740) and through the FLS-PASS fuse at terminal A (CKT 640). Terminal E is used for the normal operation of the headlamp switch. Terminal A is used for flash-to-pass. Ground for the headlamps is supplied at terminal A (CKT 150) of each headlamp. When the headlamp switch is placed in the HEAD position and the low beams are selected, positive battery voltage is supplied to terminal C of both headlamps from terminal C of the headlamp switch through CKT 1201. When the headlamp switch is placed in the HEAD position and the high beams are selected, positive battery voltage is supplied to terminal B of both headlamps from terminal B of the headlamp switch through CKT 1200. Selecting flash-to-pass on the headlamp switch momentarily supplies battery positive voltage to the high beam headlamps.
