Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement.
  2. Remove the plenum chamber water deflector. Refer to Plenum Chamber Water Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.

    3. Object Number: 641569 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.
  4. Remove the three screws and the wiper motor cover from the wiper motor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 641569 Size: SH
  1. Install the wiper motor cover onto the wiper motor with the three screws.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the three screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  2. Connect the electrical connector to the wiper motor.
  3. Install the plenum chamber water deflector. Refer to Plenum Chamber Water Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.
  4. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement.
  5. Operate the wipers and inspect for proper operation.
