Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2000 🢒 PJJ 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console 🢒 Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
  2. Remove the defroster grille. Refer to Defroster Grille Replacement.
  3. Remove the end caps. Refer to IP Endcap Replacement.
  4. Open the instrument panel compartment.
  5. Remove at the top of the instrument panel compartment.
  6. Remove the accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - IP Accessory.

    7. Object Number: 591297 Size: SH
  7. Remove all of the hex head screws (1 and 2) attaching the instrument panel trim pad.
  8. Remove the instrument panel trim pad from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 591297 Size: SH
  1. Install the pad to the instrument panel.
  2. Install the hex head screws (1and 2) attaching the trim pad to the instrument panel.
  3. Install the accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - IP Accessory.
  4. Install the screws to the top of the instrument panel compartment.
  5. Install the end caps. Refer to IP Endcap Replacement.
  6. Install the defroster grille. Refer to Defroster Grille Replacement.
  7. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in SIR.
